These terms and conditions (Terms) govern your use of this Website and mobile applications, including Medfyle app. By using this Website which is owned or controlled by Globalport (International) Limited or its co-owners or licensors you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not use this Website. Any reference to you or your is a reference to you as a user of a website.

References in these Terms to Medfyle (or we, us or our) is to Globalport (International) Limited, a company registered in England (company number 09465382) with its registered office at 41 Bridgeman Terrace, Wigan, Lancashire, England, WN1 1TT.

2. We may make changes to these Terms

Some Medfyle content can be as Open Access. Where this is the case, certain extended rights of use are allowed without obtaining further permission from Medfyle. Those rights are set out in the applicable Creative Commons licence that is stated in the content.
